What An sees most
Neck and shoulder
A large part of An's practice is neck and shoulder problems.
IMS and dry needling
An is one of three physiotherapists at Altus who provide IMS and dry needling.
About IMSFunction first
She measures progress by what you can do again, not only by your pain score.
Home exercise
Your home program carries the work between visits, and she builds it with you.
"The most important thing is: have they improved their function?"
"If you don't use it, you really do lose it."
