Where are you right now?
Find the situation closest to yours. Each one points to the care that usually fits.
"I was in a car accident."
Physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage and active rehab all fit into recovery after a crash, and we bill ICBC on your behalf for accepted claims.
"My back went out and I don't know if I need a chiropractor or a physio."
Either is a good place to start: our chiropractors and physiotherapists both treat low back pain. Call us and the front desk will help you choose.
"My neck and shoulder have been sore for weeks."
Our physiotherapists assess and treat neck and shoulder pain, including pain that spreads into the arm. Numbness or tingling is a reason not to wait.
"I'm nervous about getting adjusted."
You don't have to be. Our chiropractors explain everything first, and mobilization and Active Release Technique treat the same areas without the pop.
"My muscles are tight and I want hands-on work."
Our registered massage therapists treat muscle tension and soft tissue, on its own or alongside your other care.
"I've finished treatment, but I don't trust my back or knee yet."
That's what active rehab is for. Our kinesiologist rebuilds strength and confidence step by step, in line with your physio or chiro plan.
"I get dizzy, or I'm still not right after a concussion."
Our physiotherapists assess and treat vestibular problems and concussion.
"I hurt myself at work."
Our chiropractors and physiotherapists treat workplace injuries, and we bill WorkSafeBC on your behalf for accepted claims.
How it works
From first call to recovery
- 01
Initial assessment
Your practitioner takes your history and assesses how you move, then explains what they've found.
- 02
Treatment
Hands-on care, exercise and education, chosen from your assessment and your preferences.
- 03
Recovery
A plan you can follow between visits, reviewed as you progress, with other practitioners brought in when they'd help.
After a crash
ICBC treatment
After a car accident, physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy and active rehab can all be part of your recovery. We bill ICBC on your behalf for accepted claims, so you can focus on getting better.

FAQs
Questions about getting started
Do I need a referral to book?
No. You can book physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy or kinesiology directly, online or by phone. Some extended health plans have their own rules for reimbursing claims, so check your plan before your first visit.
How do I know which practitioner to see?
Start with where you are right now, above. If you're still unsure, call us: our front desk regularly helps people choose, and they check with our practitioners when a case could go either way.
Can I see more than one type of practitioner?
Yes. Your practitioners share notes and co-treat when it helps. If your physiotherapist thinks an adjustment would help, they talk to one of our chiropractors about your case before you see them.
How long is a first visit?
A first chiropractic visit usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes. A first physiotherapy visit takes about 40 to 45 minutes. Both start with your history and an assessment, then a plan you agree on.
Do you direct bill?
Yes. We direct bill most major insurance providers for eligible plans, and we bill ICBC and WorkSafeBC on your behalf for accepted claims.
