The content on this website, including our guides, is general information. It isn't a diagnosis or treatment advice, and it doesn't replace an assessment by a qualified health professional. Using this website doesn't create a practitioner-patient relationship.

Booking, fees and cancellations
Online booking is provided by Jane App, and its own terms apply to your use of it. Fees vary by service and are confirmed when you book.
Our cancellation policy: "Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee."
Insurance and coverage
We direct bill many insurers for eligible plans, and bill ICBC, WorkSafeBC and MSP on your behalf where they apply. Coverage depends on your plan or claim, not on us, and we can't guarantee that any treatment will be covered. Please check your plan's terms before your visit.
